It has recently been renovated internally with modern comforts whilst still retaining the external charm of a 50s beach house.
It is ideally located opposite the Mollymook "Icon Park", Mollymook Beach Hut Caf? and adjacent to Mollymook Beach and the Mollymook nine hole golf course and licensed club.
The owners prefer to offer the cottage to one couple only to ensure it is looked after. (Special consideration can be given to an additional person/s or couple at an additional charge providing they can be assured the cottage will be respectfully treated).
