Island View Spa Cottage sits on a cliff top just two kilometres from Smithton on Duck Bay. It is self-contained, has two bedrooms, one with ensuite, and looks north over Bass Strait.
If seclusion and privacy are what you seek, it's yours. The cottage sits on two hectares (five acres) of bush with no other property in sight.
A short walk from the house there are views over Stanley and The Nut. You can spot the ribs of a shipwrecked hull in the bay below the house.
It's an easy walk into Smithton to explore the village.
