  Not so sure about this one. Leaning towards 2 stars for the place but 3 stars for the service. Firstly, the parking for this place is confusing. All the spots in front of the restaurant are marked as reserved for other offices/shops in the complex, including the spots right in front of the restaurant. Unsure how customers are going to park during day time in the week days. Secondly, the colour in the restaurant is so dark. It made the atmosphere feels gloomy and depressed. Need to brighten up the place. Thirdly, the chu sing special spring rolls entree are very small for $6. The taste is good but the price cannot be justified for the size. Main course is not too bad though not as good as Wang's treasure at Morley. Finally, service is quite good - not the best though. Quick and friendly service. Overall, I think this is more a 2.5 stars rather than 3 stars.
