I stayed in the Spa Suite and highly recommend it for the beautiful and spacious room, albeit a bit expensive. The staff are very friendly and the convenience of having the pavilion right next door for meals is great as they still provide room service at all hours. However, the cleaning of the rooms is sub standard when staying at the hotel. They did not vacuum the floor despite the obvious dirt and large crumbs that were accidentally spilt, they didn't put rubbish out from the bathroom, the lounge had crusty stains on it, and the tables had dirty smears on them after wiping them with maybe a dirty sponge? Overall beautiful rooms and friendly staff, convenient location and amenities close to the hotel, I'm just disappointed with the level of cleaning during my stay (and I'm no clean freak, just didn't like the lack of standard).
